As an Exercise Physiology graduate from UMass Boston, I bring over five years of dedicated experience in massage therapy to my practice. My approach is deeply rooted in a belief in holistic care and the power of personalized therapy. I am adept in a variety of techniques, from invigorating sports massage to the deep, tension-releasing strokes of deep tissue massage, as well as the gentle, calming movements of Swedish and reiki sessions.

My passion for health and well-being is complemented by a commitment to inclusivity, shaped by my own journey as a first-generation American. This has driven me to develop unique wellness programs that cater to a diverse clientele.. With a hands-on approach that is both intuitive and scientifically grounded, I strive to empower each client towards achieving their wellness goals. Whether you seek recovery, relaxation, or a restorative escape, I am here to facilitate a transformative experience that nurtures both body and soul.
