Meet Katie | The Hands Behind Bodywork by Katie

Katie is a Master Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people move better, feel better, and reconnect with their bodies. She believes massage is medicine and that intentional, therapeutic touch can play an important role in pain management, recovery, and overall well-being.

Medical massage and lymphatic drainage. These are the heart of her practice, with a focus on helping clients manage chronic pain, muscle tension, inflammation, injury recovery, and post-operative healing. With a deep appreciation for anatomy and the body's ability to heal, Katie combines clinical knowledge with slow, intentional bodywork to address the root of discomfort rather than simply chasing symptoms.

While therapeutic work is her specialty, Katie also believes there's tremendous value in slowing down. She offers customized relaxing massage for those needing stress relief, nervous system support, or simply a moment to rest.

No two bodies are the same, and neither are her sessions. Katie takes the time to listen, assess, and adapt her techniques to meet each client's individual needs. Her approach is thoughtful, patient, and rooted in the belief that effective bodywork doesn't have to be aggressive to create meaningful change.

Her goal isn't to promise a quick fix. It's to provide lasting support, encourage better movement, and create a welcoming space where every body feels heard, cared for, and safe to relax and recover.
