I began my massage therapy journey with the intention of creating a space where people can heal safely, comfortably, and in peace. While I appreciate the value of a relaxing, put-you-to-sleep massage, I’ve always been drawn to the kind of bodywork that truly fixes—the kind that helps the body realign, recover, and function as it should.

Over the years, I’ve carefully chosen continuing education courses that deepen my understanding of pain management, structural alignment, and myofascial work. In 2023, I expanded my practice to include lymphatic drainage—recognizing not only the growing need for this service but also the importance of educating others about its powerful benefits.

Each session I provide is guided by intention, intuition, and a deep respect for anatomy. No two bodies are the same, which is why no two sessions are ever identical. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and support whatever your body needs that day.
