Hi! I'm Stephen Tran, a licensed massage therapist, Structural Integration practitioner, and founder of Men's Health Haven.

My mission is to provide a professional and respectful space for men to experience effective pain relief and rediscover balance in their lives.

My journey began in 2005 when a serious car accident left me in years of chronic pain and discomfort. I realized that living in constant pain was no way to live, and I became determined to heal my body. This pivotal experience inspired me to pursue a career in massage therapy so I could help others overcome pain and improve their well-being.

I earned my massage therapy certificate in 2008, followed by advanced training in Clinical Deep Tissue at the McKinnon Institute in 2014. In 2017, I deepened my practice further by studying Structural Integration (Rolfing), a powerful approach to holistic bodywork that delivers transformative results.

I specialize in working with clients dealing with chronic pain—those who wake up every day in discomfort and are ready to experience relief. Helping people regain mobility, ease, and strength is the most fulfilling part of my work.

My goal is to support you on your journey toward becoming stronger, wiser, and the best version of yourself. I look forward to helping you live pain-free and thrive!
