I believe that massage is a tool to allow our bodies do what it does best- relax, replenish, and heal within itself.

I felt a calling to massage therapy to help individuals feel rejuvenated and whole. As a doula & birth photographer, I am excited to share my new skill set of massage with families in every stage of growth- expecting, childbirth, to the postpartum stage.

I love creating, focusing on self growth, and trying new things. Most days though, I would like to call myself a homebody in Brigham City with my partner and son.
