With regularly scheduled massage sessions, each session will be customized to meet your health and wellness needs, whether it be addressing problem areas, or to relax and decompress. I specialize in deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, pregnancy massage, trigger point release, stretching, and myofascial release.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. Canceling in less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service. No shows will result in being charged the full amount of the reserved service. Thank you for understanding!
