I've been practicing massage therapy since 2012 and have taken many continuing education courses to expand my knowledge about the body, and how pain can affect all aspects of our life. My focus is to help you get out of pain or help with reducing your pain with clinical massage. Clinical massage consists of applying different massage techniques into your session to help relieve or reduce your soft tissue pain, and discomfort.

Massage techniques I use vary from the following: Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cupping, and Graston Technique Therapy aka (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization). A relaxing massage can feel good, but I believe massage is critical in soft tissue therapy if you are experiencing chronic pain, muscle soreness, headaches, etc. Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions regarding services I provide.
