Welcome to The Body Balance! This is your space to slow down, reset, and truly take care of your body. Beginning May 1st, The Body Balance will be moving from its downtown location to Blue Yoga Nyla in North Little Rock, a peaceful, welcoming space centered around movement, healing, and overall wellness, offering yoga and a supportive community-focused environment.

At The Body Balance, every session is customized to you. Whether you’re looking for deep relief, full relaxation, or a blend of both, your massage is tailored to what your body needs that day. I offer a variety of techniques, including Ashiatsu (barefoot massage), allowing for deeper, more effective pressure with a smooth, grounded flow.

All sessions include access to my full range of add-ons at no additional charge. This includes binaural tone therapy, red light therapy, cupping, hot stones, hot towels, aromatherapy, vibration therapy, and muscle scraping, always available based on your needs and preferences.
