Over 26 years of experience. One simple philosophy: every body deserves an individualized approach. My path into bodywork began after serving four years in the U.S. Navy as a Corpsman. I attended massage school in 2001 and soon began working alongside chiropractic professionals, where I developed an early appreciation for the relationship between muscular tension, movement, compensation patterns, and pain.

Over the years, my work has evolved far beyond simply providing a good massage. I've continued refining my approach through decades of hands-on experience in chiropractic offices, private practice, and therapeutic settings—including five formative years working alongside Dr. Darren Hart at The Massage Center in Atascadero.

My goal is straightforward: help people move more comfortably, feel better in their bodies, and get more out of the things they want to do.
