I specialize in various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal and hot stone massage, which allows me to tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients. My approach focuses not only on relaxation but also on addressing specific areas of tension and discomfort. I believe in the importance of creating a safe and comfortable environment where clients can fully relax and rejuvenate.

In addition to my massage practice, I am committed to continuing education and staying updated on the latest techniques and trends in the industry. I often attend workshops and seminars to enhance my skills and expand my knowledge, ensuring that I can provide the best possible care to my clients. I’m a long-standing member of the American Massage Therapy Association and the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. I’m certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. I am currently licensed in Washington State and Certified through the California Massage Therapy Council.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the beautiful San Diego coastline, hiking in the nearby trails, and discovering local restaurants and markets. I’m also passionate about wellness and enjoy incorporating yoga and mindfulness practices into my daily routine.
