Initial Chronic Pain Evaluation includes full symptom and treatment history, physical evaluation, muscle testing, initial treatment, and time for questions. Ladies please wear/bring a tank top and shorts. Men please wear/bring shorts.
Recovery Session
This is a chronic pain treatment. You must have already done the initial evaluation to book this appointment.
