Hi! My name's Rachel.

Welcome! Thank you for being here, and for being exactly who you are. There's a phrase that comes to mind whenever I speak about massage therapy: "Come As You Are." I promise to always meet you where you're at - life is tumultuous and beautiful, and it is okay (and often necessary) to seek out support in all phases of life. Come in when you're feeling good to keep feeling good, and come in when you're not feeling so good to help you re-discover the good.

I received my education through Spa Tech Institute's 770 hour Holistic Massage Therapy program in 2013. I taught bodywork at Spa Tech off and on for a few years, and had a couple of positions in spa management before opening Top Notch Therapeutic Massage.

Something I love to hear when I work with clients for the first time, is that they've never experienced massage techniques quite like mine. As I've developed my skills and become more in tune with my own body and presence, my methods have become truly intuitive. My hands, as if guided by a higher power, always know where to go. I have fully embraced my gift as a healer, and deliver each session with the utmost care and love.
