With more than 26 years in the health and fitness industry and 21+ years of military service, Chad brings discipline, compassion, resilience, and firsthand experience to holistic health and therapeutic bodywork.

As a Holistic Health Practitioner, he is dedicated to helping clients reduce pain, relieve stress, improve mobility, and restore balance through personalized care.

His expertise includes myofascial release, acupressure, cupping, deep tissue, reflexology, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, and sports massage.

His understanding of pain is also deeply personal. Having undergone multiple spinal procedures and continuing to live with nerve-related issues and chronic pain, he understands firsthand the physical and emotional challenges that pain can create. These experiences have strengthened his compassion and his commitment to helping others feel heard, understood, and supported.

His military service taught him discipline and perseverance. His decades in health and fitness taught him the importance of movement, recovery, and prevention. His personal journey taught him that pain is personal—and healing is a journey.

Every client receives an individualized approach designed around their needs, comfort, and wellness goals.

“I’ve lived the pain. I understand the journey. Now I help others move toward strength, balance, and wellness.”
