IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

First Time Clients:

Please plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes early for your initial appointment. This will ensure ample time for us to discuss any current concerns you may have and allow sufficient time for completing an intake form.

If you arrive late, the tardiness will be factored into the overall appointment duration. In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late without providing prior notice, it will be considered a no call, no show, and you will incur the full charge for the appointment. Please adhere to cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy:

I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. In the case of a no-call/no-show, a 100% charge of the service will be applied. I understand that emergencies and illnesses can arise, therefore last minute cancellations due to things such as verifiable emergencies, illnesses, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, however this is to be determined. I hope to avoid charging clients for services that they do not receive, but as a massage therapist, my time is valuable. Giving proper notice allows me to fill openings in a respectful way to manage my schedule and business. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Thank you for understanding.
