I help individuals break free from chronic pain, recover from intense physical demands, and restore structural balance to their bodies. Whether you are an athlete looking to optimize your performance, a professional managing postural strain, or someone navigating a persistent injury, my goal is to provide targeted, outcome-based relief that gets you moving comfortably again.

As a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and Certified Neuromuscular Therapist (CNMT) with over 1,300 hours of comprehensive advanced training from the National Holistic Institute, my practice goes beyond basic relaxation. I specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)—a highly precise, clinical approach that targets trigger points, addresses localized nerve compression, and corrects soft-tissue dysfunction at its source.

My bodywork style is highly adaptive, combining the deep anatomical precision of structural and sports therapy with trauma-informed care to ensure every session is both profoundly effective and respectful of your body’s nervous system. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all massage; every treatment is custom-built around your specific mobility goals and pain patterns.

Ready to restore your mobility and live with less pain? Book your session today, and let’s build a recovery plan that works for you.
