After witnessing the transformative power of massage in my own life, I became inspired to help others overcome physical limitations and live healthy, high-performance lives.

Guided by my own personal experiences with massage, and my background as a competitive cyclist and ultra runner, I empathize with the struggles my clients face, intimately understanding their aspirations and goals.

I believe massage is a powerful way to address dysfunction in people's bodies and help them regain and maintain optimal performance! Whether that dysfunction derives from everyday pressures of life, running ultra marathons, or healing from injury or disease, a Tikva Performance Massage is aimed at helping people perform optimally in their everyday life and activities.

Jessy Vendegnia graduated from the Academy of Natural Therapy Suma Caum Laude, where she received her massage licensure. She also has a BA in International Affairs from the University of Northern Colorado..

In her spare time she enjoys running, directing Jess Backyard Ultra, and supporting women in sport, especially though her membership in the all-women-named- Jess ultra running team entitled
