I believe that the body is intelligently designed to heal itself, given the right care & support, and that we are all uniquely created with individual wellness needs. It's my honor to promote guilt-free rest; to invite you home within yourself through the reconnection of your mind, body, and spirit; to encourage you in taking ownership of your health and healing; and to support you in pursuing a vibrant, purpose-filled, resilient, & pain-free life.

As a therapist working directly with your muscles, connective tissues, fascia, and lymphatic system - I am able to identify and empower you to heal physical & nervous system dysfunction, pain patterns, and chronic fatigue issues. I am also able to teach you how to use massage, movement, stretching, and nutrition in a preventative way. This has been life-changing for me and it can be for you as well.

Whether you are looking for pure relaxation or relief from pain, I can help.

Through my services, I promise you:

✨Safety & Non-Judgement
✨Exceptional & Personalized Client Experiences
✨Uncompromising Authenticity & Confidentiality
✨Intentional Responsiveness & Kindness
✨Purposeful, Individualized Care
✨Noticeable Skill & Passion for my Profession

When I'm not with clients or diving further into my studies of the human body, I enjoy spending time outdoors, riding horses and spending any amount of time in the barn & out on the trails that I can, going on hikes and other adventures with my husband and fur kids, running, biking, kayaking, restful stretching, strength training, barre & pilates, reading, writing, soaking up the sunshine at the beach, and photography.
