When I'm not with clients or diving further into my studies of the human body, I enjoy spending time outdoors, riding horses and spending any amount of time in the barn & out on the trails that I can, going on hikes and other adventures with my husband and fur kids, running, biking, kayaking, restful stretching, strength training, barre & pilates, reading, writing, playing in the water & soaking up the sunshine at the beach, and photography.
