Meet Jonas Rafaelis Zdanius. (Pronounced like “Yonas”)

Jonas grew up in the west end of Richmond as an avid skateboarder who loved to go out and film with friends and make videos, and a guitar player who still loves making music to this day.

He became a licensed massage therapist in the spring of 2017 where his passion for holistic health and helping others in their wellness journey flourished.

Through the years, working in various environments with folks from all walks of life, Jonas developed his own massage style and health philosophy, simplifying the science of how our environment, nutrition, and lifestyle affects our hormones and cellular metabolism, and how it relates to our state of stress and even muscle tension and pain.

He continued to hone his knowledge of health and metabolic sciences through years of independent research and self experimentation, later becoming certified as a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and nutrition coach to expand his scope in helping clients.

Jonas' massages are a blend of relaxation with highly intentional slow myo-fascial work, with a goal of helping solve your pain puzzle or simply supporting resilience against life's stress.

Jonas will take time to understand each client's lifestyle and patterns, assess their structural state, and leaves no stone unturned in the pursuit of helping a client feel better, on or off the massage table.
