My name is Jhane I will be your therapist. I have received my Bachelors degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida in 2019. I received my Massage Therapy License in January 2022. I use a variety of techniques to tailor each session to your needs including: Deep tissue, Swedish or relaxation, Trigger point, Cupping, and Stretching. The goal for each session is to improve your the quality of life. Each session will be customized to meet the specific needs of each person.
