I’ve always been fascinated by how the body works and traditional healing methods. After over 25 years as a registered nurse in healthcare, I’ve found great joy in helping people feel better. I firmly believe that massage therapy is an excellent way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, relieve pain, and improve overall well-being. I am deeply passionate about helping people feel their best and reach their wellness goals.

Currently, I’m self-employed and enjoy working with a wide variety of clients. I specialize in several massage techniques, including reflexology, Swedish massage, Nepali massage, hot stone massage, cupping, deep tissue massage, and raindrop therapy.

Outside of massage therapy, I enjoy hiking, biking, camping, baking, and crafting.
