Announcement: CaribBoho™ Relaxation Studio is currently moving at a softer pace. Sessions are offered in a quiet flex-office setting designed to feel calm, minimalist, and restorative. A transition into a private office is unfolding naturally and will be shared when the time feels right.

CaribBoho is a soft space for women to land. Rooted in Caribbean rhythm and slow living, this space reflects a gentle way of being — grounded, calming, and intentional.

Each session unfolds at an easy pace, guided by presence and care. Sensitivity is welcomed, softness is honored, and there is no pressure to perform or push through.

CaribBoho is an invitation to slow down, exhale, and just be.

What to Expect:

Gentle, relaxation-focused bodywork offered in a quiet, minimalist setting. Pressure is light to medium-firm and always guided by comfort. Sessions are designed to support rest, ease tension and help the body and mind settle.

A Gentle Note:

To ensure you receive the full benefit of your session, please arrive on time. Appointment times cannot be extended for late arrivals.

With the exception of VA Community Care Medical Massage, full-body deep tissue massage and neuromuscular therapy not offered.
