Integrate Balance Massage is located inside of Core Wellness Chiropractic. As a graduate of Encompass Academy, I was trained in Swedish Massage and Trigger Point. In addition, I have taken Level One of the Unwind Method.

The Unwind Method is a technique working with the fascia, which is a connective tissue that encases every muscle, nerve, tendon, ligament, organ and bone in our body. Needless to say there is a lot of fascia in our body. When you hear "It's all connected," it really is!

Trigger Point Therapy is a technique used to release areas of tension, that can relieve pain and tenderness, increase range of motion and improve quality of life. I combine modalities to balance mind, body and spirit.
