Every woman is unique and beautiful, with a body that tells the story of a lifetime of living.

Said simply, you lead an incredible life. And you deserve to feel good!

Myofascial Release is essential for this good health.

How well you move and feel in your body is primarily dependent on the health of your myofascial system. In each stage and phase of life, there are unique challenges that can require specialized care for this system of the body in order for you to feel your best.

Think hormones, menstrual cycles, pregnancy, miscarriage, c-sections, cysts, fibroids, endometriosis, interstitial cystisis, bladder infections, surgeries, sports, careers, travel, and menopause, and retirement just to name a few.

Women also experience emotional challenges as nurturers of children and families, working professionals, “cheerleaders”, soccer moms, the “glue” that holds everyone together, chief bottle washer/dishwasher/laundress/unofficial household CEO, favorite sister, aunt, friend, and grandma.

These all take a toll.

Whatever your stage of life, whatever your physical challenges and lived experience - YOU can feel good in your body!

Specialized help with a myofascial release therapist is the BEST way to reset tension levels in your body and create an environment in which thickened, glued, and stuck myofascial tissues can heal and your body can self correct.

Imagine what you could DO if you felt better!

Imagine what you could ACCOMPLISH if you felt better!

Imagine what life will BE like when you feel better!
