HeLo Wellness focuses on looking at the body, mind, and life as a whole and changing the way we think about massage. Every day is a good day for a massage; not just special occasions or pain management.

We will work together to heal your body from the world we’re in by connecting your mind, body, and spirit to reach your health and wellness goals.

My goal is to educate you on how to keep the effects of your massage as long lasting as possible and allow you to fully enjoy and feel the benefits that massage can do. I want to be that sounding board for educating and helping you focus on your wellness journey.

I pride myself in listening to my clients needs and allowing myself to listen to their bodies to achieve results desired.
