Anna Larsen has been in the wellness industry since 2005, when she certified in Pilates and opened her first Pilates studio in downtown Idaho Falls. After going full-time with her Pilates studio in 2008, she went back to school at ISU and got a degree in Massage Therapy and is currently licensed in Idaho.

Eventually, Anna began doing massage therapy full-time and was also recruited in 2018 to teach at the International Institute of Massage Therapy in Idaho Falls, where she maintains her professional practice and office. In 2022, the Governor of Idaho appointed Anna to the Board of Licensing for Massage Therapy.

Anna enjoys outdoor activities and adventure travel with her husband and now incorporates travel into her massage practice by providing her unique therapeutic therapies at retreats and events around the region. Anna’s favorite massage therapies are drug-free pain relief, holistic stress and anxiety reduction and natural anti-aging treatments.
