Carrie is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in fascial release and structural bodywork, with advanced training rooted in the teachings of both John Barnes (Myofascial Release) and Tom Myers (Anatomy Trains Structural Integration). Her work focuses on identifying and treating restrictions and adhesions within the fascia—targeting the body’s 12 myofascial meridians to improve postural alignment, reduce chronic pain, and restore natural range of motion.

Carrie also integrates Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) into her practice to support a healthy lymphatic system, reduce inflammation, and promote overall healing and detoxification.
