What is your pricing philosophy?

I am committed to providing you with the highest quality care and attention during your session. All fees are included in the prices listed, and gratuity is not accepted (see Why don’t you accept tips? below). My pricing structure is designed to cover my costs while keeping self-care accessible and affordable.

Discounts:

Receive 15% off when you purchase a 4-session package.
If you are living with a chronic condition or are currently in cancer treatment, please contact me for special discounted rates on individual sessions and 4-packs.

My goal is to help you feel amazing, so you have the energy, resilience, and strength to live your best life—at a price you can afford. If cost is a barrier to care, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

What is your rescheduling/cancellation policy?

Out of respect for my time and that of all my clients, I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

No charge for cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance.
A $25 fee will be added to your next session for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
If you become ill shortly before your session, please cancel—there will be no charge for illness-related cancellations.

Why don’t you accept tips?

Licensed massage therapists are considered healthcare providers—similar to physical therapists, nurses, and chiropractors—and tipping is not typically part of those professional relationships. I continually invest in training to provide the best possible care and prefer to keep sessions professional and transparent. Your return visits and referrals are the greatest compliments I can receive—thank you!
