Our slogan, "Arrive a mess, depart your best," encapsulates the idea that when a client arrives at the session feeling physically or mentally stressed, fatigued, or tense, they will leave the session feeling eased, exhale, and euphoria throughout your session.

Whether you seek the warmth of hot stones, the therapeutic benefits of deep tissue, or the pure relaxation of swedish massage, our expert touch is tailored to your needs and a customizable massage of your liking.

RULES AND POLICIES (PLEASE READ)

TRAVEL FEE: In service prices for massage's gas is not included. Travel fee is to compensate for having to travel to your home/place of business to provide the massage in the comfort of your environment. It consists of $1.00/mile traveled. The amount of miles are measured by the distance I have to travel from my home base (my zipe code is 23075 if you would like to calculate yourself) to your home, and back again. For example, if you scheduled an hour of massage and are located seven miles from my business address, your total cost would amount to for the entire session. ($1.00 x 7 miles = $7. Multiply that by two to account for the return trip and you get 7 miles x 2= $14.00). The travel fee is non-negotiable and need to be sent within 24 hours of scheduling the appointment.

ARRIVING LATE:We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow you time to check-in and prepare for your service. If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service will end at its original time so that the following guest is not inconvenienced. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you scheduled. After 15 minutes of being late to the appointment you need to reschedule. I encourage you to do intake form before the session just in case its any contraindications you may have to prevent you getting an massage and wont have to rush your service.

GRATUITIES : Gratuities are not included in the prices of our services and are always appreciated. All gratuities are at the client’s discretion, but are customarily 15-20% of the regular cost of service.

CELL PHONE USAGE:  In our effort to maintain a relaxing & tranquil atmosphere for clients, we ask that all cell phones or any electronic be silenced or turned off.

COMMUNICATE YOUR PREFERENCES:  Be sure to speak up. All aspects of your massage session can be modified to your preference: pressure (too light or too deep), lighting in the room, style of music, temperature of table warmer, and whether or not you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS : Please inform us before time of scheduling of any health conditions, allergies, special needs or concerns you have. Your safety is important to us & some services may not be appropriate for certain conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card retained on file to reserve appointment. If you need to reschedule because you are not feeling well please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. There will be no fee charged for cancellations due to illness.
