Hi, my name is Heather Adele. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist trained in sports massage, assisted stretching, medical massage, cupping, gua sha, Reiki, and pain-relief focused bodywork.

My goal is to help you feel better, move better, and get relief within a focused series of sessions depending on your needs and severity. Stretching reduces the chances of injury. This is not for just athletes. Stretching can help mobility in office workers, healthcare, teachers, and any profession.
As we age are muscles tighten because of sitting, less exercise, and this can cause injury. Muscles that have been stretched have more blood flow, less pain, and reduces chance of injury.

In 2024, I worked in a sports massage clinic near Iowa City, where I used massage and stretching techniques to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and support injury prevention. I have experience working with athletes, active adults, office workers, healthcare workers, and clients dealing with chronic tension.
