I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Stretch Therapist and Corrective Exercise Therapist with over five years of experience specializing in Deep Tissue, Sports and Swedish Massage Therapy, with a focused approach to neck and shoulder tension, TMJD, chronic headaches, and spinal conditions. I am also trained in cupping and scraping techniques to further support my clients' healing and recovery.

A graduate of Renaissance Massage College in 2019, I combine clinical knowledge with a compassionate, intuitive touch. As a mother of two young children, I deeply understand the toll that stress, burnout, and a busy life can take on the body — and the transformative power of slowing down to care for yourself.

My goal is to create a safe, restorative space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to reconnect with their bodies and wellbeing.
