Sacred Touch Bodywork (SBT) is a blend of global wellness modalities (Reiki, Thai, Tui Na, crystal healing, aromatherapy, etc.) which incorporates acupressure style compressions. The SBT technique utilizes the thumbs, hands, elbows and feet as well as stretching techniques designed to restore balance and a greater sense of relaxation and well-being. This technique opens the tissues and layers within the body-releasing stagnant energy. Additionally encouraging blood flow as the lack of blood flow is one cause of imbalances. The movements are intentional; focusing on specific energy centers throughout the body. Each session is tailored for each client, utilizing intuitive guidance, to address each client's specific needs, encouraging tension and stress relief.

Ogechi has earned a certification in Sacred Touch Body Work with over 80+ training, supporting numerous bodywork and healing workshops and she is also a Reiki Level I & II practitioner.
