I graduated from the Northern VA School of Therapeutic Massage in December of 2022. My experience amounts to the patients I had during my clinical rotation, the work I've done on family and friends, word-of-mouth referrals, the residents of a local retirement home, Kingstowne neighbors and people I have met since starting my career.

Using my knowledge and experience, I have decided to start this business, MusclePhoria. I have learned to truly appreciate my body and provide myself with the self-care I need in order to function happily, and I want to help others do the same.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, drawing/ painting, reading, and going to the gym. I can't wait to get started and I'm looking forward to helping you on your journey to wellness.
