I grew up in New York and graduated from the New York College of Health Professions with a degree in Massage Therapy in 2012. From day one my focus was simple: help people get out of pain and actually stay there.

My early career was built in clinical settings. First in a physical therapy office where I worked with complex muscular dysfunctions including TMJ, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injuries, sciatica, fibromyalgia, and post-surgical recovery. Then in a chiropractic office where I deepened my work in trigger point therapy, tension headaches, and chronic muscle tension. That clinical foundation is what makes my approach different from most therapists you'll find.

In 2015 I opened my own practice in Chelsea, Manhattan, helping New Yorkers manage chronic pain, injury, and the physical toll of high-pressure city life. After relocating through Tennessee and eventually settling in the Lehigh Valley, I brought that same depth of experience to my current practice at Twin Ponds Integrative Health Center in Breinigsville, PA.

Over the years I've expanded my work beyond the physical. I'm now a Master Reiki Practitioner and a certified QHHT practitioner because I've learned that some of what we carry in the body runs deeper than muscle and tissue. When someone is ready to explore that, I'm here for it too.
