Myofascial Release uses specific techniques to stretch and repair the connective issue between your muscles (fascia). It helps your body heal properly from injuries and can restore range of motion.

Head, Neck and Jaw massage targets these areas using different techniques from my toolbox. These sessions can include intra-oral work and laryngeal manipulation. This can help with issues such as TMJD, Migraines, vocal fatigue/performance iss
