Peaceful Pause Healing is a women’s healing and wellness practice for women seeking restoration, deeper self-connection, and meaningful support through the seasons of their lives.

You may be moving through change, feeling disconnected from yourself, deepening your healing, or simply recognizing that something within you needs attention.

Each session is provided directly by Dr. Malai Roper, PhD, LMT, RYT-500, with space to explore what you are experiencing, what may need attention, and what kind of support may be most helpful.

New to Peaceful Pause Healing? All new clients begin with one of two initial sessions:

Initial Energy Therapy if you know you want energy-focused support and Reiki treatment.

Ori Soul Work if you want a broader exploration of yourself, recurring patterns, and what may be influencing your current season.

After your initial session, we can explore what continued support may be appropriate for you, including Energy Therapy, Reiki-Infused Massage Therapy, Sound Therapy, or Spiritual Reading.

Not sure where to begin? Visit the Peaceful Pause Healing website to take the What Is Asking for Your Attention Right Now? quiz or schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
