Kelly Little, M.Ed.

Integrative Wellness Mentor • 500-Hour E-RYT Yoga Teacher • Holistic Nutritionist • Quantum-Touch Practitioner • Reiki Master Teacher

Kelly Little is the founder of Kelly Little Wellness in Indialantic, Florida, and a lifelong student and practitioner of holistic wellness and healing arts. With more than a decade of experience integrating yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound therapy, energy work, holistic nutrition, and nervous system education, Kelly brings a whole-person perspective to wellness and body awareness.

Her approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique experience within their body. Through her work, Kelly helps others develop greater awareness of the connection between the body, mind, breath, and nervous system.

For Kelly, studying massage is not a departure from the work she has already been doing; it is a natural next chapter. She is excited to deepen her understanding of anatomy and hands-on bodywork while bringing the perspective she has developed through years of working with people in their own healing journeys.

At the heart of Kelly’s approach is a simple belief: the body has its own wisdom, and our job is to learn how to listen.
