I am a holistic healing practitioner who integrates bodywork and energy to support balance, renewal, and well-being.

My practice begins with the physical — using Massage, Assisted Stretching, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, and deep tissue and cupping — and deepens into the energetic through Reiki, Chakra Balancing, and Healing Touch. This full-spectrum approach nurtures the body, mind, and spirit as one.

• Massage & Stretching ease muscular tension, restore mobility, and improve circulation. I also specialize in Deep Tissue Massage and Cupping Therapy. Deep tissue techniques work into the deeper layers of muscle and fascia to release chronic tension, improve mobility, and support injury recovery. Cupping uses gentle suction to increase circulation, relieve tightness, and encourage the body’s natural detoxification process. Together, these methods provide powerful relief for sore muscles, stress, and stagnant energy.

• Lymphatic Drainage stimulates detoxification, strengthens immunity, and reduces stagnation.

• Reflexology activates key reflex points in the feet and hands to restore flow and vitality throughout the body.

• Blanching therapies encourage purification and release, helping the body reset on a cellular level.

• Reiki channels universal life force energy, bringing peace, harmony, and deep relaxation.

• Chakra Balancing & Healing Touch clear, align, and strengthen the energy field to support emotional and spiritual healing.
