Relief starts with Trauma-informed Traditional massage along with various modalities and intuitive practices to include Swedish massage, Therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, Somatic bodywork, crystal therapy, Reiki, reflexology, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial therapy, and Guided Meditation just to name a few. My goal is to relieve stress and balance the energetic body as well as the physical body. My experience has shown that when we are able to change the nervous system from survival/fight or flight, to relaxation mode the body has an innate way of healing itself. We feel more balanced, we are able to handle the stresses of our modern world more easily. And when we include balancing the energetic body we can reach homeostasis, which is when our bodies function optimally.
