Welcome! I'm Shannon Bushnell, LMT owner of Turning Tide PLLC. My business is located upstairs in Suite #1, in the historic 1912 Bldg in downtown Shelton, WA. I'm a resident of Shelton and 2018 graduate of Tumwater's Bodymechanics School of Massage. I've been certified to teach yoga since 2005 and certified in hypnotherapy since 2022.

My primary offering is therapeutic massage. I'm skilled in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Sports Massage, hot stone, cupping and Myofascial Release. My specialties are Injury Treatment/Prevention, and Meridian Massage (acupressure inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine). I can offer these separately, or combine clinical approaches with relaxation techniques.

I do not bill insurance for massage at this time, but i do accept HSA/FSA cards. I can also provide a receipt for you to seek reimbursement. For Regence insurance, i recommend Shelton Chiropractic.
