Hello! My name is Helen and I am an Massachusetts Licensed Massage Therapist and Maya Abdominal Therapy Practitioner.

I absolutely adore working with clients from all walks of life in a collaborative and individualized process to help them achieve their wellness goals. I attended Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA, graduating with intensive training in therapeutic massage modalities such as deep tissue and swedish.

After graduating from massage school, I went on to further my education in the area of my passion: Women's well-being. I studied under perinatal specialist Carol Osborne to learn prenatal, postpartum and labor massage. I also went on to study under Claire Marie Miller to become a Fertility Massage Specialist. Finally, to round out my knowledge of bodywork applications for women's health, I became an Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy practitioner- a truly transformative modality renowned for supporting female reproductive health, as well as digestive health.
