I have been practicing massage therapy since 2007. During this time I have expanded my career by taking continuing education courses, such as Thai, Ashiatsu, Cupping, Oncology and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). My mission is to provide unique and individualized treatments that are tailored to each clients' therapeutic needs.

As a runner myself, I understand the benefits of massage and bodywork for athletes of all skill levels. I enjoy helping athletes during training by incorporating stretches, fascia work, and sports massage techniques to their sessions. Massage aides in recovery, improves flexibility and helps one reach their peak performance.

My passion for mindfulness and mental health awareness has educated me on the connection between imbalances in the mind and stressors throughout the body. Ones mental health is just as important to care for as their physical health. Massage is not a luxury, it is an act of self compassion that improves ones over all well being.
