Hi, I’m so happy you are here! I offer personalized, therapeutic bodywork that blends myofascial techniques, deep tissue, Ashiatsu, table Thai massage and cupping therapy. Each session is tailored to your needs that day—whether that means focused work on chronic tension, nervous system support, or full-body recovery. My approach is intentional, detail-oriented, and grounded. I enjoy working with clients that are proactive in their care- who value collaboration and take an active role in their wellness!

Things to note:

I am by appointment only. I do not accept same day appointments.

If you are a new client I will need a completed intake form and credit card on file before the appointment.

My room is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs.

I have a ZERO tolerance policy. Inappropriate behavior, comments and/or solicitation will result in the session being ended immediately. You will be required to pay in full for your session and a report may be filed with local authorities. The police station is less than a mile away.
