About Mystic Rose Massage and Esthetics

At Mystic Rose Massage and Esthetics, wellness is more than a service—it’s a pathway back to yourself.

Founded by Alena Unger, a licensed massage therapist, esthetician, and wellness consultant, this practice was built from both professional expertise and lived experience. Licensed in massage therapy since 2007 and esthetics since 2011, Alena brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience, advanced training, and a deeply intuitive approach to healing.

Before entering the wellness field, Alena faced her own journey with chronic illness and persistent pain—experiences that brought her to the edge of disability. Through consistent massage therapy, supportive lifestyle changes, and a commitment to self-care, she began to reclaim her health, energy, and quality of life. That transformation became the foundation of her life’s work.

Today, Alena specializes in supporting individuals living with chronic pain, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME), fibromyalgia, and long-term health challenges. Her approach blends therapeutic bodywork, customized skincare, and holistic wellness guidance to gently support the body’s natural ability to restore and rebalance.

At Mystic Rose Massage and Esthetics, the focus is not just on temporary relief—but on creating sustainable, nurturing self-care practices that empower clients to feel better in their bodies over time.

With a continued commitment to education and growth, Alena integrates a range of modalities to meet each client where they are, offering a personalized and compassionate experience in every session.

Because when you’ve lived through the journey of healing, you understand how powerful it is to feel supported along the way.

Massage and self-care didn’t just change her life—it became her mission to help others reclaim theirs.

Begin your healing journey today.
