My name is Alyssa Lajoie and I am a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist with a focus in Neuromuscular Therapy. I am a graduate of The Western North Carolina School of Massage in Asheville, North Carolina. I fell in love with the practice of massage therapy and the healing art of bodywork while living in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and more recently moved back to my hometown of Woodstock, Georgia, where I launched my business in September of 2023.

My vision is for this to be a safe space where you can retreat to for a moment in your day and fully focus on yourself and your well being. Creating a safe space for healing, pain management, and relaxation is a priority of mine, and I take my clients’ goals very seriously. My approach is to listen to the body and use the knowledge of bodywork and my intuition to ease any emotional and physical toll on the muscles, as well as helping to regulate the nervous system from any outside stressors.

I specialize in Swedish massage to relieve any stress and promote full relaxation, and Neuromuscular Therapy where I use specific targeted treatments including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and cupping. I would describe my style of bodywork as combining these two types of massage to create a relaxing and effective experience for my clients.
