Abby is passionate about fostering new experiences, learning and continuing to grow! She grew up in Seattle and made her way to Colorado 9 years ago. In her spare time you will find her rock climbing, hiking, biking, practicing yoga, reading, and spending as much time outside as possible.

Abby graduated from Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy. She is trained in deep tissue, swedish, trigger point, myofascial, and assisted stretched. She is passionate about creating unique treatment plans that align with client needs. She believes that massage should not be looked at as a luxury but maintenance for the body.

Client goals are always the top priority. Clear communication is key between client and therapist to have the most beneficial treatments. There is always space for feedback which allows for adjustments necessary to best address client needs.
