Erin Levi is the founder of Healing Sunrise MFR. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach (MFR). Upon entering Healing Sunrise, you’ll find a calming and inviting environment designed to promote relaxation and healing. Erin’s approach is rooted in a holistic view of wellness, taking into consideration both the physical and mental aspects of your health. John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach is a technique that targets the fascia – the connective tissue that surrounds every structure and system of the body. Through this approach, Erin works to release restrictions in the fascia by applying gentle sustained pressure into the fascial system to eliminate pain and restore motion.

Erin’s mission is to facilitate healing with these gentle, mind-body approaches. She recognizes that the body's ailments can often be interconnected with emotional and psychological factors.
