As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Cupping Practitioner, and Certified Personal Trainer with over eight years of hands on experience and a 20+ year background as an athlete, I bring a deep understanding of the body and a true passion for healing.

Whether you're recovering from training, managing chronic pain or an injury, seeking stress relief and relaxation, or simply maintaining your body through life's daily wear and tear, I provide personalized, professional bodywork designed to meet your needs. Every session is crafted with care to restore balance, ease pain, improve mobility, and leave you feeling grounded, relaxed, and recharged.

Appointments are available Monday-Friday by appointment only. Appointments must be booked 10 hours in advance when booking online. As of January 1st 2025, a $15 convenience fee will be applied to all same day appointments.

As of March 1st 2026, I will be offering appointments one Saturday each month. These appointments will require direct booking through me and will require a $30 weekend fee.
