Welcome to Massage & Yoga with Em! I am a licensed Massage Therapist working in Cedar Hills Beaverton. I received my education and training through East West College of the Healing Arts. My practice focuses on injury recovery and reconnecting the mind and body. For the body to heal the mind must also be on board therefore, my techniques are a collection of clinical and grounding.

I have several years of experience working with motor vehicle accidents, surgery recovery, and chronic pain. I believe in a holistic approach and highly recommend massage to be coupled with other modalities such as chiropractic and acupuncture. I offer therapeutic massage to aid with:
