My InHarmony Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy table combined with full spectrum red light therapy, gently entrains your nervous system out of survival mode and into a parasympathetic state—activating deep calm, cellular repair, emotional regulation, and neurological restoration, that can lead to a long lasting reduction in pain and inflammation.

All add-ons such as hot towles, essential oils, vibration plates etc. are all included in your sessions free of any additional charge.

PILATES STRENGTH WORKS!®

Your personalized movement program includes Pilates, strength training with weights/bands, and breathwork; giving both your body and nervous system precisely what it needs rather than a generic routine from the internet. We can also work together in times of injury, or immobility.

The body and nervous system changes through 'process', not isolated, one-off treatments. This is why I offer specialized rates for those committed to the full healing process.

For each service that I offer you will initially see a single session rate. If you click on 'deals' I offer series packages that save you $10 per treatment that are valid for 12 weeks. I also offer membership options to help you save $20-$25 per session. These discounted rates are to help you stay consistent and get the most out of the work we do together.
